Growing up in South Africa and spending many years working for the best chefs in our country and abroad, it has given me the skills and opportunity to travel the world and spend time in some of the worlds most amazing  kitchens. I have a yearning desire to learn not just about the many different flavors this world has to offer but also about the cultures  that make up their identity. My Grandfather once said “those who serve are guaranteed a special place up above.” Join me on my adventures as I explore the world in search of hidden destinations and stories untold.
